1. 🛍️ How to Order:
• Inbox us the picture of the dress you wish to order.
• Please provide your full name, complete delivery address and contact number.
• We will confirm the product availability and order details before processing your order.
2. 💳 Payment & Delivery:
Inside Dhaka:
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
• Delivery charge: ৳100
Outside Dhaka:
• Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your order.
• Payment is accepted through bKash or Nagad only.
• Delivery charge: ৳150
• Outside Dhaka orders will be sent through our selected courier service.
3. ⚠️ Exchange Policy:
• We currently do not offer returns.
• Please make sure before confirming your order.
• Please check the product in front of the delivery man upon receiving it.
• If there is any defect or wrong product, please inform us immediately with clear photos/videos infront of the delivery man.
• Exchange is applicable only for a verified manufacturing defect or wrong item in their original condition.
• Once the product has been accepted and delivery is completed, no exchange will be possible.
4. ❌ Order Cancellation:
• Once an order has been confirmed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• Please place your order only when you are sure about your purchase.
