We are looking for a smart, energetic, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shop Manager for our Brand Shop in Sreenagar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the brand shop.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage product displays, stock, inventory, and shop cleanliness.
- Monitor daily sales, cash transactions, and shop reports.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and brand standards.
- Maintain a professional and attractive shop environment.
- Coordinate with the head office regarding sales, stock, and operational matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or brand shop management.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or retail brands will be preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Smart, well-presented, and customer-friendly personality.
- Good knowledge of sales, inventory, and retail operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Computer literacy is preferred.
