We’re heartbroken to share that our shipment was among those burned in the devastating fire at the Dhaka Airport Cargo Village yesterday. This incident has been a great loss for us, both emotionally and financially, as the shipment contained your eagerly awaited pre-orders.
We hope you stand by us during this difficult time. Although we do not take advance payments for pre-orders, we understand that some of our valued customers have already paid for their orders. If you wish to claim a refund, please contact us directly — we’ll ensure its processed promptly and respectfully.
We’re working closely with our logistics partners to resume deliveries as soon as possible, though current estimates suggest a delay of around 10 days for affected pre-orders (previously set for October 25).
