I want to apologize and share some updates with you. Recently, I packed all your parcels, but I couldn’t hand them over to the rider. My mom had to travel to India for my Khalamoni’s treatment, and I had to stay at my sister’s place. I deeply regret the delay and assure you I’ll dispatch them as soon as possible.

About the September 30th pre-order shipment—it hasn’t arrived yet. I know it’s been over two months, and I understand how frustrating this is for you. However, this delay is out of my hands, as pre-order products can sometimes take longer than expected. I’ve received complaints, and I respect your concerns because it’s my responsibility to deliver on time. I kindly ask for your patience until January 7th. If the shipment doesn’t arrive by then, you are free to cancel your orders.

Lastly, I’ve been a bit inactive and couldn’t take orders properly. I’ll be closing the current China pre-order tomorrow and will be more active again soon. I’m looking forward to bringing you amazing products like always!
