Meet the Supervisor’s- Epyllion Limited (EPL)
On 26th August 2023 Epyllion Limited management team had arranged Meeting with the supervisor’s name “Meet the Supervisor” opinion sharing program with non-management staff. This program was presided over by Mr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman (Shohag)- COO, EPL where all SBU (Strategic Business Unit) and Functional head were present along with shift incharge s. During the discussion session management team have discussed about various agenda and encouraged them for take ownership and responsibility for his/her own work to achieve EPL common goal. Different SBU & functional head discussed about efficiency, wastage control, energy saving, plan to performance issues. In presence of all supervisor & their active participation the program reached in a certain height considering business perspective. All participants were committed to provide extra effort in the respective area to become the best.
