Mia is a psychologist & painter. Mid-mornings are her favorite time of the day: mind open, eyes fresh. She paints mostly in oil, often over old canvases to let new stories emerge.

She paints portraits of stillness, reflection and intimate conversation. For tereo, she made a custom work- a moment where eau & terre come together.

some behind the scenes of our last R&D trip ✌🏼

the idea of TEREO first came to mind about 5 years ago after a few years of living & working abroad, always close to the ocean 🫶

whatever happened during the day was long forgotten by the time I’d finish work, jump in the car and go for a spontaneous evening swimmie.

sooo when we traveled to Portugal last week to visit a new confection lab, it was equally important to spend some time with our big blue friend. here are some little snippets of our time under the winter sun 💙
