Who Made Your Clothes?
Is it important to you?
There are countless ways to buy clothes these days.
You can go to luxury clothing stores, find interesting boutiques, buy from local designers, run into fast fashion stores, stock up on unnecessary clothes during sales, buy second-hand, barter or even get something for nothing.
But have you ever wondered why clothes can be cheap or expensive and who made them?
Surely no one would expect to buy an original painting at a low price?
We know that there is much more to a price than just a beautiful item. There is the worldview of the creator, and hobbies, and emotions, and life experience, joys and worries.
This is how we should think about individual bespoke clothes. I really admire my clients who know how to combine clothes bought from different places and create their own story, their own style. They come to me for something that they can't find anywhere else. Some find it difficult to buy pants, others don't like jackets offered in stores, others have a vision of a dress, or are simply so fascinated by the fabric they saw that they want to have clothes made of it. And most importantly, they get individual attention, communication, and what I call TISSUE therapy. The prices of fabrics, again, as well as clothes, can vary even tens of times. And again, beauty and quality may not be the only thing in price. It's also new technologies, interesting compositions, sustainability, responsibilities…
I love the harmonious mix of luxury and simplicity. The most important thing is to use it responsible.
