3 Things I wish I knew when I started my fitness Journey…
1️⃣ There are MANY ways to lose bodyfat. And MANY diets that can get you results. However, you should be thinking further than that. Will these results last over the long term? This should be your real question.
2️⃣ 2+ hours of working out a day is asinine. You don’t need to be extreme to get results. ESPECIALLY when implimenting something new. The body WILL respond to small changes. Give it time, dont compare yourself, dont overcomplicate it. Trust your body.
3️⃣ Focus on HEALTH over aesthetics. Aesthetics WILL be the result of a truly healthy body. Low fat just means more sugar. Calorie free means chemicals that will impact your gut health. Your long term results are dictated by your cellular health.
💣 These are the principles I learned over 15 years and the foundation in which I built my business. At we take the sustainable route. Thats is why our diet philosophy is "An open minded diet philosophy that creates sustainability for the individual". We want our clients to reach their goals in a healthy manner and a manner that lasts over the long term.
Sustainability = the ability to be maintained at a certain rate or level. Keep in mind that sustainable weight loss is often not rapid weight loss either! This is what is about.
We do not turn to extremes, we don't cut out complete macronutrients, we don't believe in keto ( unless for medical need), we dont promote low carb, low fat, etc.
