As I’m sure many of you have noticed we are busier than ever! We have new consignors almost daily which means a LOT more items coming in every day and the need for us to be a LOT pickier with the items we are accepting.

Going forward we are going to be doubling down on our quality policies in order to keep up with the increase of consignments and ensure your items are hitting the floor in ample time without things getting too backlogged. So what does this mean for you? Below is a list of the quality standards we will now be working from, no exceptions.

🫧 ALL items must come in freshly washed, wrinkle-free, and in perfect condition
👗 Items must be minimally used and have no visible signs of wear and tear
🏷️ Clothing must be from quality brands that are proven to sell best at our store

We will also no longer be accepting items from brands that were previously in our “bottom-tier” of brands. These include but are not limited to brands such as Joe Fresh, Old Navy, Bluenotes, Ardene, Maurices, etc. This is to ensure we are only taking the best, so we can sell better items at better prices.

So what brands can you still bring? Our customers love brands like Aritzia, Lululemon, Abercrombie & Fitch, Aerie, Coach, Free People, Dynamite, etc. Bringing in these higher-demand brands means much better chances of your items selling!
