To our valued community, sponsors, and models:
We have become aware of a recent public announcement by ZRM Studio regarding their photography services for House of Musa Canada 2024. To clarify the situation and address any misunderstandings, we would like to provide the following information:
1. House of Musa Canada Advocacy
House of Musa is a global initiative with a strong advocacy . We invited ZRM Studio to be our official photography sponsor in recognition of their potential and to offer them significant exposure through our global platform.
2. Relocation Without Notice
Our original agreement with ZRM Studio was for in-studio photo shoots. However, we learned that they had suddenly packed up and moved out of their location at AGA Academy building without prior notice. Upon contacting their manager, we discovered that the studio was no longer available for the scheduled shoots.
3. Efforts to Accommodate
Concerned about completing the promised sessions, we offered an alternative solution: moving the photo shoots outdoors to accommodate ZRM Studio’s lack of a studio or office space. We considered factors like weather conditions and model availability to ensure everyone could participate. ZRM Studio also mentioned the possibility of renting a space by the hour, but given the short notice, we tried to be flexible by arranging outdoor sessions.
4. Payment and Outstanding Services
House of Musa had already paid for the photography services before the Fashion show August 24,2024 .Despite our efforts and willingness to work around ZRM Studio’s relocation, some models’ shoots remain incomplete. During a phone conversation, 5 days before Event , ZRM Studio assured us they would finish these sessions once they found a new studio location, yet no firm schedule has been provided.
5. Our Commitment to Our Models and Community
We take our responsibility to our models, sponsors, and the broader community very seriously. Our priority remains to ensure everyone receives the professional experience and finished work they were promised. We continue to seek a prompt resolution from ZRM Studio and remain open to working with them—or any reasonable alternative—to complete the remaining photo shoots.
