Hiii Facebook land!! It has been such a great month of hockey and Bread making and Sourdough bread making classes!! Yes I said classes - so much fun !! Tomorrow we talk about carbohydrates and yes- how important they are for our bodies!

I feel like carbs have gotten such a bad rap and they are essential to our bodies !!

Going to teach players how to use carbs to fuel their bodies properly…. I’m so excited to share my gut healthy good energy bread and focaccia with them ❤️❤️
