This Sunday, June 14th — ON Demo Fleet at Shopbike Sunday, 9am in Bayfield!

Join us for a special weekend of community, movement, and connection.

Following Saturday’s ESCAPE film screening (limited tickets still available — see our previous post and link in bio), we’ll be hosting the ON Demo Fleet at our Shopbike Sunday 5k in Bayfield at 9am. Come test the latest shoes, connect with fellow runners, and enjoy a great morning together.

Whether you’re joining us for the film, the run, or both, this is a weekend you won’t want to miss.

Get ready to kick off FOREST CITY ROAD RACES WEEKEND at our Bib Pickup Party!

Meet us at Run Parlour London at 9:30am for a group shakeout run down to Victoria Park to pick up our race bibs. We'll have the Adios Pro 4 demo fleet available on a first come, first served basis!!

The party will continue back at the store with refreshments, complimentary Renee's sandwiches & stretch therapy, HUGE blowout sales and good times!

Tonight’s the night! 🏃‍♀️🍻

Join us for the launch of the Run Parlour x Beer Kitchen Social Run every Thursday starting tonight at 6:30 PM!

We’ll meet in the Kellogg’s lobby for an all-paces welcome 5K. After the run, stick around for the social and enjoy weekly rotating $5 pint specials!

Ten weeks ago, this group started as strangers, some never having ran a step in their lives. Last weekend, they crossed the finish line as a family.

They showed up, did the work, and proved to themselves that they could run a full 5K. And at the finish line? Cheers, cowbells, and a community that carried them all the way through.

We couldn’t be more proud. This is what happens when people choose courage over comfort. When they decide to try, even when it feels out of their reach.

Our next Learn to Run group starts this week and there's a spot for you. Come join the crew - we’re here with open arms. You can do hard things!
