fun fact: my grandfather was the one who brought blue bag recycling and composting to southwest NS in 2000. he opened a composting facility himself, is on the board for canada and went all around to elementary schools for years teaching the kids what composting / recycling is all about. he won a mobius award in 2017 for his work and environmental excellence. —hope he’s proud of me for doing a small part in helping the environment too 🥺
