Like many people on Etsy, I suspect, I started by making items that I liked, just as a hobby, and many of my early items were given as gifts. After a wile people started telling me that they really liked this or that item and suggested that I try selling them. So, in August of 2011 I set up an Etsy shop and slowly began to learn, and build up inventory.
