Payment
I ask for a 50% deposit on personalized items. Payments can be made in the form of cash, emt or paypal. Turnaround
Drinkware: 1 week; 2 weeks for glitter dipped items
Apparel : 10-14 days
Signs: 2-3 weeks
A "rush" option may be available for a nominal fee. Please note that turnaround may be longer for special orders and during the holiday seasons. Pickup
I offer pick up at my home in SW London; I have a pick up box on my porch if you need to come when I am not home. Please give me 24hrs notice to arrange your pickup! I do not offer shipping or delivery at this time. Bossmoms
