I never imagined I would return to the very first place I ever traveled to outside my home country———>Taiwan.>

I came here almost 19 years ago with one goal 💪:
to work and help support my parents. The plan was simple,
just two years.
But life had other plans.
Before my contract even ended,
I found out I was pregnant.
It was scary at first… but deep down, I knew I was ready.

I chose to be a single mom and raise my son on my own❤️
and I did.

That experience shaped me into the woman I am today.
Independent, fearless, and willing to take risks.
I’ve never been afraid to chase opportunities,
even if it meant going thousands of miles away from home… until I met the love of my life—my husband 😁

Looking back, I truly believe everything happened for a reason. God had a plan for me all along… and He has a plan for everyone.

it’s been over 10 years!
I think I’ve earned this vacation 😂

Did you know the Philippines has over 180 dialects? 🇵🇭
But the most widely understood language is Tagalog.

Now, you might be wondering… what does “MANGAN” mean?
It simply means “Let’s eat!” 🍽️

Not all Filipinos speak this dialect, but it’s one I grew up with,
I was born in Guagua, Pampanga, and it’s close to my heart.♥️

✅So here’s a little shoutout ✅

If you happen to see the MANGAN Food Truck today, they’ll be at

Fun fact: the owner is actually a former classmate of mine… small world, right? 😊
