Lavender & Honey Face Mask Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon honey (raw, if possible)
1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender or 2 drops lavender essential oil
2 tablespoons plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon finely ground oats (optional, for gentle exfoliation)
Instructions
Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix the honey and yogurt until smooth. Add the dried lavender (or essential oil) and finely ground oats, if using.
Apply the Mask: Using clean hands or a brush, apply the mask evenly to your face, avoiding the eye area. Relax and let the mask sit for 10β15 minutes.
Rinse Off: Rinse your face with warm water and gently pat dry. Follow up with your favorite moisturizer for soft, nourished skin.
