2026 Scarecrow Festival!

🍂 THE 2026 SCARECROW FESTIVAL PROGRAM IS HERE!!🍂
The wait is over! The full program for the 30th Annual Mahone Bay Scarecrow Festival is officially out, and there is a LOT to look forward to this fall. 🎃🍁

From September 25 to October 12, Mahone Bay will once again be filled with scarecrows, community events, live music, food, family activities, markets, fundraisers and plenty of reasons to spend a day (or several!) in town.

Inspired by that beautiful place where the blue of the sea meets the sky.

A luminous freshwater pearl sits at the heart of six cultured turquoise beads, each hand-knotted onto our signature hand-rolled leather. A little polished, a little rustic, and made for days spent near the water.

Today was a good reminder that behind every small business is a real person.

Some days I’m helping customers in the shop, creating jewelry by hand, answering phone calls, packaging orders, restocking displays, and trying to reply to messages as quickly as I can. If it takes me a little while to respond, it’s simply because I’m helping someone else or working with my hands.

If something has sold, I’m almost always happy to make another. If I have something in stock, I’d love to set it aside for you. All you have to do is ask.

To everyone who chooses kindness and patience—thank you. You may never realize how much those simple gifts mean to someone running a small business. They truly make all the difference. 💙
