Dusty Blue 100% Linen. Some might love it, and know exactly how to wear it. Such as:

1. With the matching trousers for a casual summer wedding suit. Not in the Jeff Daniel's Dumb & Dummer way, but in the modern relaxed, outdoor way.

2. With cream Linen trousers and a brown knit polo. For a retro summer vibe. Think Miami Beach in the late 80's. Not Boca Raton in the 90's.

A charcoal sportcoat in Summer is one of those tricky jackets to get just right. Charcoal, being very dark, tends to read more Fall/Winter. But its a very good neutral that works in a lot of scenarios. One update is to the cloth. Add some Linen and get some lightness and slubbiness to it. Reduces the formality and allows it to lean more casual and appropriate for warmer weather. What do you think?

One you have your basic jackets covered, you can start to play with some more interesting items. This jacket is one of those interesting items. A tonal check with a faint overcheck to keep it simple yet create that "Oooh, that's Cool" detail. Easy to pair with a bunch of trousers, such as dark brown, cream, nany & blues, and denim as well. Super easy to pair with denim. Then add in the shirts. Really. So many different shirts will pair well here. One jacket. Many, many ways to wear it. Wheat has become a popular shade over the past few years. Though the shade can vary and possibly veer into cigar/tobacco territory, whatever you want to call it the colour has a yellow-ish hue Onan underlying neutral light brown base. An excellent Spring/Summer colour that works wonderfully well with browns, blues, Minty greens, dusty pinks and buttery yellows. Much more diverse than it would be initially given credit for on first sight.
