He pulled up on the show to give out some game about the music industry,promotion & management and to tell us more about his business and how 21st ent help artist with promotion, management and plenty more. He's also expalain why the pormotion services is often used as a scam and how to not fall for it. We had a discussion about being a self entrepreneur, booking shows, attracting labels, starting from 0, genuine networking, failing and starting over,music structure, creating catchy songs, his future plan, advice for artists and managers, social media, working towards his dreram, working and doing moves behind the scene, working for free first, being organized, expanding & productivity for stoners.

Today we have conscious rapper .zay in the building. He spoke about doing backgroung work in music,
wanting to be an fully independant artist, starting by being a background dancer for a fake Michael Jackson,
recording his viseuals in one take to be more authentic, making sure his music sound confortable for the listener,
choosing words with impact rather then cussing, differentiate blunt or vague vocabulary depending on the purpose of the songs,
how to record good music fast,originality & creativity
y, filling songs with words rather than ad-libs,stepping outside
the mix for a longer career longevity, staying true to himself, japanese culture, leaving America
to see the rest of world and spread his music and message, not letting critic get to him and using them to learn,
not get fouled in a false image of perfections, showing his flaws and monetizing them & staying away from judgement &
not taking the 'easy route’.
