I forage and press all the flowers, leaves, and stems used in my accessories. I also grow some of the plants in my own backyard and at a studio on a mountain in the Québec countryside.

If you’re looking for a fun, easy, free fall botanical project, grape ink is it! There are lots of tutorials online, but essentially you will:
1. Simmer wild grapes in water with a little vinegar.
2. Strain.
3. Add a whole clove for some preservative, and if you happen to have Arabic gum, a few drops can enhance the texture/shine. But if not, no worries!
