Tonight feels like a threshold.
A moment to release what has weighed me down and make room for everything I am still becoming.
Kindred was never meant to be just clothing.
It has always been colour, healing, creativity, freedom, survival, expression, and turning something ordinary into something completely its own.
So tonight I am setting an intention for this next chapter:
I am calling in growth, creativity, financial security, abundance, meaningful opportunities, loyal customers, unexpected doors opening, beautiful collaborations, and the confidence to keep putting my work into the world.
I release the belief that everything good has to come through struggle.
I release scarcity.
I release fear around being seen.
I release anything that makes me shrink my creativity, my dreams, or the value of what I make.
Kindred is allowed to grow.
Kindred is allowed to prosper.
Kindred is allowed to support me and my family.
Kindred is allowed to reach people I haven’t even met yet.
And I am allowed to receive everything I have worked so hard to create space for.
Made with intention.
Built with resilience.
Growing in abundance.

🌈⛈️ Yesterday wasn't easy... but I showed up anyway.
I chose rainbows.
Halfway through dyeing, the skies opened up. The rain softened the colors, thunder rolled overhead, and for a few quiet minutes the world seemed to pause. Instead of running inside, I stayed.
Sometimes life dilutes your plans before it reveals the masterpiece.
This morning I woke up to these beautiful creations, and it reminded me that growth often happens in the middle of the storm—not after it.
Stay present. Stay creating. Stay woke. ✨

✨🌿 Sometimes even Kindred needs a little vacation. 💦☀️😜

You can't pour your heart into creating beautiful things if you never stop to fill your own cup.

So today, I'm trading dye bottles for hot springs, soaking up mountain views, chasing a little sunshine (and a little rain 🌦️), laughing more, worrying less, and letting inspiration find me instead.

Because life isn't just about healing... It's about making memories. Finding joy. Having fun. And remembering to live the moments you're working so hard for.

Kindred will be back creating soon... but today, we're just out here making the soul smile. 💙✨

Sometimes life doesn't ask us to be stronger.
Sometimes it asks us to be still.

To stop chasing, stop fixing, stop carrying the weight of everyone and everything... and simply exist.

Watching the rain dance across the water reminded me that nature never rushes its healing.

Storms arrive when they need to, wash away what no longer serves, and leave the world a little cleaner than before.

Maybe our souls work the same way.
Maybe healing isn't about becoming someone new. Maybe it's about returning to who we were before the world convinced us we had to be anything else.

So today, I'm choosing stillness. I'm choosing gratitude. I'm choosing to refill the parts of me I've poured into everyone else.

Because an empty cup can't pour, but a restored soul can change everything.

If you've been carrying more than anyone realizes... this is your reminder that you deserve moments like this too.

Let the rain wash away what no longer belongs. Let peace find you. And when you're ready... begin again. 🌧️💙✨

There are moments when the world gets too loud, the to-do list never ends, and life asks more of you than you have to give.

That's when it's time to step away.
To breathe mountain air. To listen to the water instead of the noise. To watch the clouds drift by and remember that not everything needs to be rushed.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is escape for a little while... reconnect with nature, quiet your mind, recharge your soul, and come back a little lighter than when you left.

✨ Introducing Cotton Candy Skies ✨
It's been a while since I've shared new creations, but behind the scenes I've still been experimenting, learning, and finding inspiration.

This dress is one of my newest pieces and quickly became one of my favourites. The soft pinks, lilacs, and hints of blue remind me of cotton candy skies at sunset. ☁️💗💜

Every Kindred Tie Dyes piece is individually hand dyed, so no two will ever be the same. Each one has its own personality and story.

The pink and purple one is called Skellington in Bloom because it came out soft, pretty, and floral — but somehow Jack Skellington decided to appear in the bottom corner. 🖤

The green one is called Limewash Geode — a fresh green geode-style piece with soft earthy movement, natural lines, and a light citrus-stone feel.

A little handmade appreciation gift from Kindred, with some hidden tie-dye magic. 🌸✨

My uncle picked his shirt. 🌈

This one is called Soft Sun Spiral, and seeing him wear it made my heart so full.

It started from a simple moment — he saw my son wearing a bright rainbow tie-dye and loved it, so I wanted to make him one of his own.

That’s what Kindred means to me: colour, family, connection, and pieces made with heart. 🌞💛
