OOTD for my BFF’s luau birthday party — because apparently I do own clothes that say “tropical fun” and “I may need a sweater when the sun goes down” at the same time 😂

Wearing the Blue Floral Daria Bra with the Navy Cabana Shorts for that comfy party-ready base, then tossed on the Ivory Hilton Head Sweater because we love a little beachy crochet moment.

Finished it off with my Sienna Tahquitz Flip Flops and called it birthday-luau-approved. 🌴✨

Okay friends, this is what I'm talking about 👏

The reason Zyia's wellness line is the bomb diggity, the reason why I will stand behind it...

One year folks, and it wasn't even consistent, yes I missed a month or two here and there 🫣

But look at these results!

My hemoglobin has stayed within normal limits, MCH is up, and my iron, although still lowish, has increased, as well as my Transferrin saturation—WITHOUT THE PILLS 💊

WBC and Neutrofils are back down. Creatinine and AAT are down. Triglycerides have not improved 😑 but my good cholesterol has!

Overall, it's a WIN in my book 🙌

Wearing the Blackberry Twist Tank with the Lilac Leopard Supremes, and honestly… these leggings are doing the most in the best way. A little shimmer, a little sass, and a whole lot of “yes, I am just going to run errands but I may as well look cute doing it.” 💜🐆

Cute, comfy, and bold enough to make the grocery aisle my runway. As one does.

Still feels slightly unhinged to say out loud, but here we are. 😂

That’s what I love about this business. It does not have to take over your life. It can fit into the cracks of your already-full, busy, slightly chaotic life and still grow into something meaningful.

Wearing the Brick Parallel Tank with the Black Summer Shorts — easy, comfy, and still pulled together. I’m bringing a black blazer just in case because it’s warm outside, but theaters and restaurants love to act like they’re storing lettuce. 🥶

And yes, I may be wearing darker colours, but the sandals, hair ties, and purse are all matching in a lighter hue because we love a little coordinated moment. Look at me pretending I planned that. 😉
