First, I want to say a massive thank you to all of my amazing customers who support my small business. I love creating custom pieces for you!
In order to keep things running smoothly, I am implementing a new policy starting today. Moving forward, all custom orders will require a 50% deposit before work can begin.
Unfortunately, I’ve recently had a few custom orders left uncollected and unpaid. Because everything I make is personalized and tailored specifically to you, these items can't be resold, which means a loss of time and materials.
