🤎 Traditional healing through our art and culture…

With every bead picked up, every stitch made, and every pattern slowly coming together, there is space to breathe, think, remember, and simply be.

Beadwork teaches patience. It gives our hands something to do while our hearts and minds process the things we carry; some heavy and some happy. Some days, the ideas come easily. Other days, they feel like a reminder to slow down and give ourselves grace 💕

For me, beadwork is more than creating something beautiful. It is connection, reflection, culture, and healing. It is a quiet conversation between my hands and my spirit.

Sometimes healing looks like sitting quietly with a needle and thread, one bead at a time, one thought at a time, with some self love and forgiveness in our hearts. 🌿🪶
