Chilly mornings call for a bit of a warmer layer. I'm not quite ready to pull out my wool coat. The houndstooth jacket is the perfect compromise. Long enough to cover your bum, high neck to protect against the wind and most importantly it has pockets!

I get asked all the time, where did you get these? Is this made in China? Nope, absolutely not. Every single piece is made by my hands in my home studio.

One jacket....4 ways.

Here are four stylish ways to wear your beautiful blue and rust plaid jacket! The rich colours make it a perfect statement piece for fall and winter.

This jacket already has plenty of personality, so keep the other pieces mostly solid-coloured. Navy, cream, black, charcoal, denim and camel are your best companions for this plaid.

This open front cardigan is thee most comfortable cardigan. The fabric feels so soft and luxurious. It can be paired with your favourite jeans and t-shirt or worn with a pair of skinny pull on dress pants and pumps to your next business meeting etc. It can also double as a jacket as we cover up in the cool crisp air but aren't yet committing to wearing a fall or winter coat. The colour palette in this piece is perfect for fall and winter.
