Happy September!

The first day of school is almost here and the rush to get things ready is in full swing!

Just a throwback picture of some finger puppets that were donated to me a year or two ago. They were made by a woman who worked with a group to make these for children at the Janeway back in the 80s.

If you've ever been to the Janeway Children's hospital you might remember getting one!

Tomorrow is one of my best friend's birthday!

We've been the best of friends for 27-28 years.

I've wished her happy early birthday several.days in a row to let her know I was thinking of her incase I forget tomorrow.

I got to see her today!

She offered me some cake.

I said sure!

She told me it was birthday cake!

"Oh!" I said very cheery-like! "Whose birthday is it?!"
