What a great experience last night with
Prairie Oils & Provisions & Gilbert Drolet

We started the evening with a

Watermelon & Grilling Cheese Appetizer
featuring Unique Brazilian Dairy BBGrill Cheese & of course Prairie Oils & Provisions oils

Then a Cauliflower "Potato" Salad

BBQ Grilled Marinated Veggies & Pork Tenderloin

And ended the night with

Grilled Peaches topped with Cole’s Creamery
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and a Raspberry Balsamic Coulis.

Keep your eyes open for their next cooking class it was alot of fun!

After years of not really having success with onions, I am feeling incredibly blessed by the harvest we've been getting.

They might not be the biggest onions but the still taste delicious 😋
