Inspired By Owner's Own Journey

For more than 20 year, I have experienced major depression, and anxiety while battling the stigma of mental health. I strongly, believe it is important to be a voice that breaks silence - a ripple effect of change!

There needs to be more conversation and education around mental health (more now than ever) because if someone out there is dwelling with their own issues, I want them to feel safe in reaching out & knowing that they aren't alone.

The stigma is REAL. Talking about mental health can be hard, uncomfortable and left in private. It's OK to be direct. Having open conversations help in destigmatising attitudes and perceptions of mental health. This process puts things in preceptive which in-turn helps build resilience.

Collaborating with my love of fashion, I'm determined to keep learning, keep growing and keep talking.
