When I think about it, this is the EXACT moment my vision for It's you by A.M became clearer, this experience sparked something bigger in me!

Thanks to asking me to attend career day and be a guest speaker, what an honor it was!

I remember how excited and amped I was about this! It wasn't because it made me feel like someone but the little girl in me finally felt enough. I was able to make a little difference in young girls, young girls who probably were experiencing being excluded, bullied, teased, etc just like I had been...

I created a fun activity for the girls, they had to pick the sticky that best resonated with them.

What word best describes them?
What things do they enjoy doing?
And what was important to them?

All of these three things when you think about it, lead you to your purpose...

After they chose, I encouraged them to pay attention and I also told them that the things that we love to do will lead us to true happiness and to remember this.

What brings you happiness? Think about that. You just might find your purpose you just may find out who you really are...

This is everything.

This is a constant lesson for me and I imagine is one for a lot of you as well. Over the years it has gotten so much better but man did it take a lot of practice and persistence to get past the worry and anxiety and the angst of trying to control so many things. After having kids I’ve learned you can do your best but really, it’s impossible to control it all and we really shouldn’t try to. There is freedom and joy in the letting go❤️
