At The Good Tee, we’ve always believed in doing business the right way—paying fair wages, sourcing responsibly, and making products that are better for people and the planet. But with the new 25% tariff on shipments to the U.S., we’re faced with a difficult reality.
We love our U.S. customers. Our wholesale distribution partner is American. You’ve supported us, believed in our mission, and made a real impact through conscious shopping. But as a small business, taking on this extra cost would mean cutting corners—whether on fair wages, ethical production, or sustainability. And that’s not something we’re willing to do.
This is a lose-lose situation for everyone—especially for those who believe in slow fashion and ethical supply chains. We’re still figuring out the best way forward, and we promise to keep you updated.
