My first Canada Day flying solo and I am not hating it lol. No responsibilities and no obligations can be a luxury sometimes!!
Steveston Village is starting to bustle with contagious energy but I will be getting the heck out of dodge before the full onslaught of people 😂

This is what chores with Alex looks like 😂
We started off with Ava cutting the grass, Zoë pulling weeds and myself and Alex planting flowers….it turned into a water fight and dirt smearing episode!!! So many laughs along with weird looks from the neighbours 🤣

“Be where your feet are.” The power of being present where you are right now is something that I try and work on every single day! I am definitely a work in progress. Some days I get swallowed up, some days I run free.

Today I am travelling down new roads to see where they might take me. The excitement of exploring keeps my body moving and helps to keep me grounded in the present!!
