Our line of accessories and décor was inspired by my dear friend Sir Lawrence Bird aka Larry, a Blue Fronted Amazon. When Larry was molting, I came up with the idea to use his feathers so

they could have another life with someone else. Unlike other feather pieces you buy elsewhere, ours guarantee that no animals were harmed or killed to produce it. We have had other donations by fine feathered friends which allow us to make many more designs with an array of colours. Hello my Parrotphernalia people! I know it has been an incredibly long time since I last posted. As life got busier, I wasn't finding as much time for the business. I'm hoping to be posting more often and with new products. I'm happy to share we will have a table at a pop up market in PEI in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for updates and pictures! Greyhaven Exotic Bird Sanctuary is stepping up to help home, feed, care for and foster all of the birds from Coombs World Parrot Refuge on Vancouver Island. They desperately need your help. Please consider donating, fundraising, volunteering, adopting, or fostering one of these fine feathered friends who are in dire need.

They are beautiful creatures who had the misfortune of outliving the interest of their owners. Now a Vancouver Island bird sanctuary is desperately seeking to find homes for hundred of parrots left orphaned by the death of a well-meaning would-be saviour.

The BC SPCA has issued orders for veterinary care after assessing the condition of birds at the World Parrot Refuge in Coombs, B.C.
