Did you know they
are finding micro-plastics in men’s testicles?

Equinox Detox ~ Spring Cleaning includes what we put on our skin. Especially when we are heading to sweat it out @ the gym, sauna, or hot yoga.

Your skin is your largest organ, so what we put on, when we are hot & sweaty, with our pores are open, gets a direct line right into our bloodstream, to be processed by our internal organs. Which if we are putting petrochemical toxins (nylon / polyester / spandex aka plastic) we are literally making ourselves sick, let alone leaving it for Mother Earth to choke on for 200 years. I promise you she doesn’t want to eat your Yoga Pants. Which is why we started Doing it Naturally.

When we went to the West Coast Sauna Summit @ Loon Lake Lodge, I went hunting for the Theraluxe Sauna, because it’s everything you dream of in a Sauna. It was nestled in a pretty sweet little beach spot on the property.

It was packed every night & day until the final day, so it was finally my chance to do a mini-shoot, monochrome, in Black, of course 🖤.

…which means, that your pores are wide open when you’re sweating & whatever you put on your skin, gets a direct line into your bloodstream.

That includes your Shorts.

If you are wearing Nylon, Polyester or Spandex, these are petrochemical products, aka Plastic, friction, movement & heat causes the material to breakdown into micro-plastics, which go directly into your bloodstream. Same goes for the toxic chemicals on them, too.
