CAMYEA 2022 is a one day event organized to recognize, promote and award Young Cameroonian Entrepreneurs in hair styling, cosmetics production and marketing, fashion designing, baking, online marketing, makeup & catering.

Meet Kejieh Browdom Mbengwa; a Software Engineer and Fashion designer. He occupied the 3rd position at the maiden edition of the Cameroon Young Entrepreneurs Awards under the Best Fashion Designer category.

Browdom taps inspiration from his biological father. He confessed that his father groomed him into what you see today. Sketching, analyzing, producing these color and skin matching designs with the ability to merge technology and Fashion are some of his unique values. As a means to give equal opportunity to his education and fashion career, he works overtime most often.

“Self-care is absolutely necessary to survive tough situations,” said Marter; who also pens the Psych Central blog “The Psychology of Success in Business.” “You won’t be of any help to others if you are incapacitated". These quotes inspire him to limit time spent with toxic people and practice acceptance as a means to push through difficult times.

Though faced with challenges as an entrepreneur, he doesn't stop but rather keeps fighting because if he doesn't, no one will.

Meet Chapnji Roseline Njualem, a prolific baker and owner of Chapnji Rosaline Cakes located in Buea.

Failing a government exam (mass concour) gave Miss Njualem the first nudge to this career. She decided to learn the trade further after her postgraduate programme. This was quite easy for her since she already had love for it.

Miss Njualem is a religious individual who believes God is her pillar in tying times. She prays hard for guidance, direction and the ability to deliver satisfactory products to clients. This has worked magic for her as she's continuously grown from strength to strength.
