Fun Fact: TENCEL™ is the flagship commercial brand trademark registered by Austrian company Lenzing. Under the TENCEL™ brand, there are two core fiber materials: Lyocell and Modal. When people talk about "Tencel" composition in daily life, they are usually referring to Lyocell, which is the most widely used TENCEL™ fiber in the textile industry. Therefore, instead of saying "100% Tencel" or "65% Tencel", the more accurate terms should be "100% Lyocell" or "65% Lyocell". Today, both Lyocell and Modal are produced by various manufacturers around the world, including non-Lenzing producers. However, only Lyocell or Modal fibers produced by Lenzing and approved through Lenzing's official application and certification process can carry the official TENCEL™ brand label.
