1、具備5年以上皮具女包設計開發工作經驗或手袋設計經驗；
2、熱愛皮具/手袋設計，有獨特的設計能力，對國際時尚有深刻的認識及較強的設計能力；
3、對流行趨勢有敏銳的洞察力和超前意識，能準確把握潮流方向，具有創新意識；
4、熟悉各種面料性能，通曉設計開發流程和手袋工藝流程，以及工藝製作要求，能獨力完成設計開發；
5、有良好的繪圖功底，對版型了解，配色能力強；
6、性格開朗，具有良好的溝通和協調能力，工作認真負責，敬業，能承受工作壓力
7、定期進行市場調研,掌握流行趨勢,了解競爭品牌,及時改進和完善設計理念
8、按規定時間完成產品系列設計圖稿，並對其面料、五金及色彩的要求提供詳細的文字說明
