XỬ LÝ HÀNG BỊ GÃY MẶT VẢI :
1. Trước Wash : để hạn chế gãy mặt vải
- Báo xưởng wash giảm số lượng trong mẻ giặt, giảm nhiệt độ, tăng thêm dung tỉ. Dung tỉ trong các bước wash rất quan trọng. Tốc độ máy RPM cũng dẫn đến hiện tượng gãy mặt.
- Đôi khi phải ly tâm (vắt) không khô quá, sấy số lượng ít, giặt trái, sấy trái...
- Có thể sử dụng một loại hồ cứng để hoàn tất, hand feel sẽ cứng hơn nhưng phải chịu

2. Sau Wash : để xử lý hang đã bị gãy mặt vải
- Cấn trắng : thì vẽ màu (touchup)
- Cấn đen : Lấy resin pha nước phun lên rồi ủi nhiệt độ nóng, cái này Laundry họ dung làm wrinkle free, Laundry wash denim nào cũng có resin (Một loại như nhựa thông nhưng người ta đã chế biến để làm trong gmt finishing, nó là một dạng keo để định hình). Nếu resin không đạt thì mua loại keo PVA

 Nếu vải này có spandex, khả năng nhiệt độ quá cao làm quéo sợi spandex nên xảy ra hiện tượng này
