Fabric arrives at our factory? It goes through these checks before it hits the cutting table.
Fabric arrives at our factory, but it doesn't go straight to the cutting table.

We're in the garment business, which means every roll must pass inspection first. Pass, and it moves forward. Fail, and the whole batch goes back — no exceptions.

📏 Shrinkage Rate
Measure it before washing, measure it again after — both warp and weft directions.
If the shrinkage rate is unstable, the fit won't hold. And if the fit doesn't hold, customers will complain after the first wash.

💧 Water Repellency
Pour water on it — does it bead up or soak in?
A few seconds tell you whether this fabric can truly be called "water-repellent" and what kinds of garments it's suitable for.

🔁 Abrasion Resistance
Rub it back and forth with a testing instrument to see how much it pills or fuzzes.
A fabric can look great but fall apart after a few rubs — that won't cut it. We have our own rating standards, and anything below our threshold gets rejected.

💪 Tear Strength
Test the seams and edges under tension to simulate real wear.
Some fabrics look sturdy but tear the moment you pull. Put those into mass production, and you're asking for trouble.

🎨 Colorfastness
Dry rubbing, wet rubbing, perspiration, light exposure — we test them all.
Fading, staining, migration — any of these issues at any stage is a dealbreaker. Requirements vary by product category, but our standards are always high.

🔍 Visual Inspection
Every meter runs under bright lights through a fabric inspection machine.
Broken ends, skewing, creases, color deviation, weaving defects — what the eye can't catch, the machine flags. We score every roll against a standard, and anything substandard gets marked for removal.

⚖️ Weight
Check the actual weight against the claimed spec.
If the weight is off, the consumption per unit won't add up, and neither will the cost.

Every test has its own specific passing standard. No gray areas. Pass or fail.
