Anti-static polyester fabric

Recently many customers have asked me about this kind of fabric, Yes, we have been producing such fabrics.

Now, I will talk about the classification of such antistatic fabrics with you.

1. According to the antistatic requirements, it is divided into hundreds, thousands and ten thousands. Among them, the 100 level requires the highest, and must use a 0.25mm grid.

2. According to the conductive material, it is generally divided into carbon and metal compounds.If it is carbon, then the grid will be black, and the metal compound may be white or gray.

3. According to the structure, it can be divided into external guide and internal guide. External guide is to adhere the toner to the surface of the yarn; Internal guide is the addition of toner to the inside of the yarn fiber during melt-jet spinning.

Immediate thoughts 😶

At present, some domestic trend brands in China like mushrooming. I bought some of them, but most of the quality didn't match the price.

Of course, I'm not complaining about these brand owners. I was thinking, with my understanding of clothing fabrics, whether I can also create my own brand. I can control the whole process and guarantee the quality, but marketing is a big problem. I might need some professional help.
