To everyone who has messaged SNAFU Customs over the last three weeks, I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication.

I had to travel to the United States unexpectedly on emergency leave to take care of a family matter, and during that time I was unable to stay on top of messages, orders, and inquiries as I normally would.
