A way to survive a dark and stormy winter without sailing on this side of the globe is by following great sailing photographers here on this platform, reading books about sailing and having great magazines laying around the house featuring visual stories about life at sea.

One of our absolute favorite sailing photographers is — who took this great shot and whom we owe a lot of credit to for taking us through the winter.

The Seashirt was invented with a goal to become the most comfortable shirt one could imagine — and a shirt that didn’t need to be ironed since it originally was made to be worn at sea.
The solution is a classic shirt made of soft, prewashed cotton jersey that feels like wearing a soft t-shirt — but have the aesthetic look of a shirt that could comfortably be worn in an office.

It comes in crisp white, casual grey melange and in a stormy dark grey — and for a few days more with a mark down due to the tariff-threat (see previous post.)

These days we are sailing in stormy sea.

In our small country here in Scandinavia we are embracing ourselves hoping for the best.
One thing that we know though, is that a tariff on EU good imported to USA has been mentioned, and since some of our best and most loyal Seashirt-customers is from America, we have decided to offer a discount before the tariff hits.

Even though a few fierce sailors are at sea year round — most boats here in Scandinavia are harboured or put on land for the winter season. Luckily it’s always sailing season somewhere — and we’ll get our dose of shipspotting via great profiles like the ones from and to mention just a few.
