Creative products and vintage thrift store finds Onetoweladay was an idea which came to me after the death of my son, Lucas.

I started knitting to keep myself occupied and to maintain my sanity at a very difficult time of my life. I was able to finish one towel per day, hence the name. My frog logo stamp is a picture of a cut-out Lucas made at the age of 5.

I thrifted this elegant eyeglasses pouch in France this Spring.
It is apparently a 1950’s holder with silver thread and rhinestones. It was not in the best shape, but after a few stitches with metallic thread, it is ready to become my next best accessory.

Repair is key to giving new life to beautiful vintage pieces.

Repaired my willow baskets with paper thread used in the Danish furniture industry.
I think it turned out ok and it will give this damaged and worn basket a new life.
Now, to figure out whether or not to cover the base with wallpaper. Maybe a William Morris paper. 🤩

The cleaning and drying process of the baskets.

I am so lucky to have a compulsive knack of picking up natural materials in thrift stores.

Thus, I always have original and unusual materials on hand to enhance my vintage finds. I think color paper thread is the way to go on these baskets. 🤩

I just bought these willow baskets for my maison in France.

They are not in perfect condition, but as I like to do with fabric, I thought I could use paper thread to renovate and strengthen them.

I will keep you updated on the process because I am sure they will turn out more beautiful than the willow already is.

My shop will be open this week
Thursday and Friday 10-18.

After a fun visit to IKEA, where I purchased a Sågmästare metal shelf, I decided on a wallpaper for my laundry room in France. I think it will suit the new shelf and make the 2.5 m3 room look cozy and beautiful.
Who says a laundry room can’t be appealing?

Jeg er lige blevet færdig med at brodere blomster på Filcolana

Jeg blev inspireret bedstenstrikker til at bruge flere farver og resultatet er blevet så fint.

Nu skal den vaskes og lægges ud i facon. Vejret er blevet køligere igen, just in time 😊

Første CreaBar i orangeriet.

En hyggelig dag med smukke og inspirerende kvinder. Musik, snacks og forskellige kreative aktiviteter omgivet af solskin og hygge. Heldigvis var det ikke for varmt i orangeriet.
