Dear friends please, I beg you. If you care about the people in the devastation of hurricane Helene, please do NOT share misinformation about FEMA or other disaster relief efforts. FEMA is not out of money, refusing to help certain areas, or confiscating land or belongings. They have not diverted funds to illegal immigrants or any other non-emergency situation. This misinformation is not only wasting precious time that FEMA workers should not have to spend battling it, but it's putting survivors in danger by convincing them that no one will be coming to help, so that they take unnecessary risks. Please verify the truth of something like that before you share it. Ways to help in comments:

A Bridal Veil Stinkhorn mushroom hat crocheted by for the Belegarth Oktoberfest event! They also crocheted the moss scarf used as the belt for the costume. The mushroom character's name is Mox and has much lore about being an "Apothecary/Reaper" by profession.
