EDM on 2010.aastal Eesti Disainerite Liidu loodud platvorm kohalike disainerite ühendamiseks, nende loomingu tutvustamiseks ning müügikanalite loomiseks kodu- ja välismaal.

Eesti disainimaastikule lisandub pidevalt noori talente ning uusi tooteid. Seoses sellega avati peale Kalasadamas asuva Eesti Disaini Maja poe aprilli lõpus uue esindussalong Solarise keskuses.

Avaras salongis on kodumaine disain alates sisustuselementidest kuni keraamika ja moeaksessuaarideni. Südalinnas asuv disainipood pürgib loomeinimeste ja disainihuvliste kohtumispaigaks, kus iga kuu viiakse läbi ka töötube ja vestlusõhtuid disaineritega.

Poe stiilise vaateakna kujunduse autor on Inglismaal baseervu konseptuaalne disainer Helen Sirp.
