Egypt's country team of Fashion Revolution - the global movement calling for greater transparency in the fashion industry.

Fashion Revolution EGYPT is part of a global movement of voluntary groups and Country Offices which are legally registered non-profit organisations in their countries. This Global Network is coordinated by Fashion Revolution CIC and the Fashion Revolution Foundation, both based in the UK, who spearhead the global movement. All Fashion Revolution groups and organisations work towards a common visio

بتنظيم Fashion Revolution Sudan و Fashion Revolution Egypt و التعاون مع Caritas Egypt - Alex Refugees' Office شاركونا في فعالية تصليح الملابس، ودي فعالية مجتمعية مجانية هانكتشف فيها سوا إزاي نصلح ونعيد تدوير الهدوم، ونعلمكم الخياطة والكروشيه من خلال مجموعة من الورش العملية اللي هاتساعدكم تعيدوا اكتشاف وتهتموا بالهدوم اللي عندكم!

مش محتاجين أي خبرة سابقة، كل اللي محتاجينه هو عقل منفتح، ورغبة في التجربة، وشغف إننا نطول عمر اللبس وإحنا بنتعلم، ونبدع، ونتواصل سوا من خلال رؤية واعية ومختلفة للموضة.

🧵 دايرة التصليح المفتوحة
هاتوا معاكم قطعتكم المفضلة من الهدوم اللي ناقصها زرار، أو فيها قطع صغير، أو محتاجة شوية اهتمام أو شكل جديد، وشاركونا في دايرة التصليح المفتوحة! بمساعدة المدربين بتوعنا، هاتتعلموا طرق بسيطة لتصليح وخياطة وتجديد هدومكم.

🧦 من شرابات لتوك شعر
حولوا الشرابات القديمة أو اللي مالهاش فردة تانية لتوك شعر ملونة وفريدة من نوعها! النشاط ده مناسب جداً للمبتدئين وهو مقدمة ممتعة لإعادة التدوير، وهانشوف فيه إزاي بتغييرات بسيطة نقدر نرجع الروح لشرابات كنا نسيناها.

🧶 ركن الكروشيه
سواء كان عندكم فضول تتعلموا مهارة جديدة أو حابين تضيفوا لمسة شخصية على هدومكم، تعالوا اتعلموا أساسيات الكروشيه واعملوا قطع بسيطة بإيديكم، أو اكتشفوا طرق لإضافة تفاصيل كروشيه ولمسات ديكورية على لبسكم!

A throw back to our Mend In Public Day in Egypt, which took place in 5 different cities this year! Cairo, Alex, Ismailia, Suez & Portsaid

💗Thanks to our decision volunteers who co-organized, supported and instructed different participants to learn, engage, mend and get creative!

☕️We made new friends, shared tea and cookies, and even stories and ideas
