I've had a few body aches lately—a sore back, tight shoulders, a dodgy knee... So, I made myself a wheat bag, and it occurred to me that you might like one too!

​Now available at Nour Concept Stores in 100% natural cotton:

25x25 cm – Perfect for backs and tummies.
12x40 cm – Designed specifically as a comforting neck and shoulder wrap.

​​I used premium, triple-cleaned wheat. Weight ranges between 600-800gm.

The inner bag is sewn into sections so the grain stays evenly distributed and doesn't all slump to one end.

The outer cover is completely removable for easy washing.

​Safe to microwave or freeze, deeply comforting, and ready for a new home. Pop into Nour to grab yours! .

Thursday already! I don't know about you, but time flies here. How's your week been so far? I'm nursing a sore back, just trying to keep going without irritating it. I don't believe it's job related, more to do with housework and gardening. Vacuuming and sweeping... my nemesis.

Patchwork yoga mat bag.....Using what I have and loving the process.

​I promised myself I wouldn’t buy brand-new fabric until I used up what’s already in my studio. I’m trying sooo hard over here to be mindful of fabric waste!

​Luckily, these gorgeous fabrics with their printed square patterns fit beautifully onto my patchwork template. The result? A perfectly unique yoga mat bag that’s as sustainable as it is functional. I particularly love the moon print square on this one... just saying! 🌙 🌙

​Plus, this one features the upgraded adjustable strap I added a while back. It’s been working so well and I'm incredibly happy you guys are loving it!

This gorgeous bird makeup bag is perfect for storing all of your cosmetics. It would make a wonderful gift for a loved one or just something to treat yourself!

The bird fabric is especially nice. I applique stitched some fabric on one of the bird print to make it even more special and original. On the other side I added some ribbon detail.

It's tall, 20cm, so bottles can stand upright.
