There is something about gold that I’ve always loved.

It feels bold without being loud.
Powerful without needing to prove it.
It simply knows its worth.

One thing I’ve been reflecting on lately: Adornment is one of humanity’s oldest rituals.

For centuries, women have draped themselves in gold, jewels and beautiful fabrics ~ not merely to be seen, but to celebrate beauty itself.

Maybe adorning ourselves isn’t vanity. It is a gentle reminder that your body is worthy of the same reverence.
