Custom DH20 Bund in IH03 Ornette.

Same rugged Bund build, but with a different voice—richer, a little smoother around the edges. Ornette brings a more refined kind of tension to the whole piece.
Would you wear a Bund like this, or do you prefer something more stripped back?

Some straps just feel like they belong with a Panerai.

MH01 Hercules on my PAM1086. Warm brown tones, a little wear built into the finish, and enough texture to keep the leather interesting without taking over the watch.

I’ve always loved this kind of combination—the strap, the stone, the wood, all those earthy tones sitting together. Nothing polished for the sake of being polished. Just materials that get better when they pick up a little life.

This is very much my kind of Panerai.

Some leathers make more sense after they’ve been worn.

MASTER 11 in Horween shell cordovan on the PAM253 Regatta Flyback. This is one of my personal straps, already broken in and showing why I keep coming back to shell: dense, smooth, structured, but increasingly comfortable with time.

A quick wrist roll by the sea in Sitges.

Made to order, one piece at a time.

Master 10, just shipped. Horween Shell Cordovan.

24 / 22mm, 130 / 85mm, 4mm thick, finished with a polished buckle.

This leather starts quietly. Pale, warm and almost understated. Then wear begins to deepen the surface, especially around the edges, keepers and buckle, creating a strap that becomes increasingly personal with time.

One of those leathers I’d rather see after a year than on the day it leaves the workshop.

Made to order, one piece at a time.

MH13 Havoc. Deep navy, with just enough variation in the surface to keep it alive. I love pairing it with pale stitching because it gives the whole strap a little structure without taking away from the leather.

This is the kind of strap I enjoy making most — understated from a distance, but full of small details when you get closer.

Handmade to order, one piece at a time.

MH09 Poseidon on the PAM1086 — deep distressed green, yellow stitching, and just enough contrast to wake up the black dial without turning the whole thing into a circus.

I’ve always liked pairings where the strap changes the character of the watch without overpowering it. The green keeps it grounded, the yellow gives it a little spark, and on this case it just feels right.

One of those combinations I keep coming back to.

RH01 Rustling, taking it easy on the PAM422.

This is one of those leathers I enjoy working with because the final color isn’t simply chosen from a catalogue. The Italian nubuck is custom dyed by hand, building the tone gradually until it has the depth and variation I’m looking for.

Here, that warm mustard shade gives the 47mm PAM422 a completely different personality without fighting the watch. The soft nubuck also wears beautifully, picking up subtle marks and character as it’s used.

Made to order, one piece at a time.

Some leathers are interesting because of what they do with color. This one is interesting because of what it does with almost none.

Vintage Edition Slate, cut from Italian leather in a cool, muted grey. I like the way the brushed surface softens the whole strap and lets the grain, edges and texture do most of the talking.

On polished steel it feels clean and restrained. But I keep imagining this one on a brunito Panerai — that slightly aged, darker case against the pale grey leather could be a seriously good combination.

Understated, a little industrial, and very easy to wear.

Made to order, one piece at a time.
