Got back to working on the foam prototype for a terrier dog bag.

Nearly finished the purple one - it is GORGEOUS! The silver hardware is from a top end luxury bag supplier and has a lovely heft. I’m just waiting for the matching zip to arrive so I can finish it 😍

I keep telling myself I can’t keep it, I have too many bags already! 😅. But this purple! Well I don’t think ‘purple’ does it justice - it’s more amethyst.

So I decided this will be a special edition bag with amethyst crystals in the collar and tail!

In the end I decided on purple after making a quick card holder to test the green thread idea. It took only 3 stitches to see that the green did not go well with the purple, perhaps a darker green may have worked.

In any event, I still added a pop of metallic green goat skin to the cardholder as I have a thing for green and purple!
